Quality Control & Lab

Quality assurance internal process and technical documentation issuance are strict and methodical. For each product FORGE FEDRIGA guarantees, supports and certifies compliance to international standards, technical rules and specific Customer requirements.
FORGE FEDRIGA can handle any testing operation and issue the relevant certificate.
Since January 2017 Forge Fedriga's Laboratory has been accredited by Accredia according to ISO/IEC 17025 (LAB n° 1623L) - List of qualified test.

 

Non Destructive Testing

Company's own staff is qualified Level 2 & Level 3 under ISO 9712 and SNT TC-1A and can carry out dimensional & visual inspection, UT, MT and LP testing.

 

Destructive Testing

FORGE FEDRIGA’s own laboratory carries out all mechanical and metallographic standard testing, such as:

• Tensile test (hot / room temperature)
• Charpy impact test (to -196°C)
• Hardness check (Brinell, Vickers, Rockwell C)
• Product Chemical Analisys & PMI
• Microstructural analisys
• Corrosion test
