“Football in the Company: A Team Building Game that Strengthens Team Work”

On Friday, July 18th, Forge Fedriga celebrated a day of sports, fun, and team spirit with a unique employee soccer match.

Organized to promote team building and improve internal dynamics, the event was met with enthusiastic participation and a vibrant atmosphere.
The match, held on the Cividate Camuno sports field, pitted two teams, representing the office and production teams, against each other.

Each team member brought not only their competitive spirit to the field, but also a strong desire to have fun with their colleagues, forging bonds between the various departments.
After an exciting and adrenaline-filled match, the evening ended with an equally special event: a convivial dinner followed by music and table-football games, full of joyful noise and happy toasts.
