Forge Fedriga Spa is committed to making its website www.forgefedriga.com accessible, in compliance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004, and Directive (EU) 2019/882.

To achieve this goal, manual corrective actions have been taken and an analytics plugin and tools have been implemented to improve the browsing experience for all users.

This site is partially compliant with the UNI CEI EN 301549 (WCAG 2.1) standard. The use of the Custom Accessibility Tools widget has resolved many critical issues, but some elements remain incompletely accessible.

Inaccessible Content

a) Failure to comply with the UNI CEI EN 301549 (WCAG 2.1) standard

• Color contrast: In some limited cases, color combinations may not be sufficiently contrasted (WCAG 1.4.3)
• PDF documents: may not comply with accessibility criteria (WCAG 1.1.1)
• Contact forms: Some labels may not be associated correctly (WCAG 3.3.2)
• Video content: Some videos may not have synchronized captions (WCAG 1.2.2)

b) Disproportionate Burden

Currently, no non-conformities have been identified that fall into this category.

Content excluded from the scope

In accordance with art. 3, paragraph 4 of EU Directive 2016/2102, the following are excluded from the scope of application:

• Third-party content not funded, developed, or under the control of the organization (e.g., Google Maps, external widgets).
• Documents published before September 23, 2018, that are not required for active user tasks.
