PES Regulation 2016 – Forge Fedriga obtains the certification
The UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) marking is the new UK product mark to be used for products placed on the market in Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland) following the UK’s Brexit from the European Union.
From 1 January 2023, the technical requirements (“essential requirements”) to be met, the conformity assessment processes and the standards to be used to verify conformity under the UKCA marking will be almost the same as those under the CE marking. The UKCA mark covers most products that previously required CE marking and is effective from 1 January 2021 for all new products placed on the market, and will be in force for all products placed on the UK market from 1 January 2023, replacing the CE marking.
Forge Fedriga has satisfactorily completed the verification of its quality system by a body established in the UK and therefore holds the UKCA certificate of conformity for its products in accordance with PE(S) Regulation 2016 Schedule 2 Paragraph 31(8 )
